You completed a SPOC! Miracles do happen after all. It might feel a little something like this:
It's time to celebrate. You learned something new. You finished something! That's a big deal. I'm proud of you. Take a minute to be proud of yourself. Maybe you learned it just for fun. Awesome. Maybe you took this course for work. Also awesome. Maybe you're going to take what you've learned in this SPOC to make the world a better place. We sure need that. Awesome again.
After you complete your reflection on strengths and challenges, make sure to then take some time to celebrate.
One thing I'm doing lately is I have one of those three-sided poster boards we used to use in science fairs. I have my life vision, needs, and goals written on post-its that are stuck all over the board. When I complete one of my goals, I give it a star rating for how pleasurable it was, then I move it to the "Completed Goals" section of the board. This is a great way for me to celebrate finishing things and also to keep track of what brings me joy in life. My plan is to do less of the one-star things and way more of the five-star things.
Congrats, SPOC completer. Now, go forth and prosper. :)
